In the recent year, journaling has taken on a new meaning for me. In my younger years I used journals more like a diary – my daily happenings, feelings, etc. As a result as of my childhood habits, I now use journaling in so many different ways: calendaring, manifestations, self discovery, thoughts for my children to read, etc. Journal Prompts for Manifestation has been a great way for me to continue this habit and discover myself.
Power in Journaling
Imagine your mind much like a messy bag at the end of the day. Writing in your journal and performing a brain dump is much like emptying out the contents onto a table.
Once it is all spilled out, you can then discard the rubbish, the stress, the negative thoughts and work out what you need to keep in order to have a healthier and happier mind. I cannot recommend doing these activities enough! It will defiantly help you in your work/life balance efforts.
There is no wrong or right way to use prompts. Journal prompts help me brainstorm. Here are a few prompts that will help you in your manifestation along with helping you go from overwhelmed to thriving in your business. Grab your own printable version.
